Ingredients

1 tsp margarine

1/2 tsp lemon zest

2 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp fresh oregano - chopped

2 tsp garlic - minced

1/2 tsp salt

pinch of pepper

8 lamb chops - trimmed of fat
Method
Melt the margarine over a low heat and add the lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Pour into a sealable container and add the lamb chops. Seal the container and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
Grill or braai the chop for about 4 minutes per side (medium rare).
